The heating screw conveyor conveys the pulp from the feed end to the discharge end through a screw conveying device. During the conveying process, the heating screw conveyor is equipped with a heating element inside to raise the temperature of the conveyed pulp to the required level, thereby achieving preheating of the pulp.

The heating screw conveyor mainly increases the softening degree and reactivity of the fibers in the pulp by heating for subsequent chemical treatment and mechanical operation.
