The D type hydrapulper changes the pulp flow direction through its unique D type tank structure, making the pulp always tend to the center and increasing the pulp level. The design of D type hydrapulper not only increases the number of times the pulp hits the impeller, and improves the pulp debonding capacity, but also strengthens the efficiency of hydraulic circulation and fiber debonding.

The rotor of the D type hydrapulper is offset from the center of the tank, which makes the pulp contact with the rotor faster and more frequently, thereby improving production capacity without increasing power and volume. The rotor and the pulping plate are higher than the bottom plane of the pulper tank, forming a low-pressure flow area around the rotor to gather heavy impurities, which can effectively extend the service life of the rotor and the screen plate.
