Sizing Machine for Paper Production

The sizing machine features a precision roll-gap adjustment mechanism that is simple to operate, allowing workers to quickly fine-tune the sizing application rate to meet production requirements for paper of varying basis weights. The equipment features an integrated cleaning circuit, enabling rapid cleaning of roll surfaces and piping during downtime, which helps minimize damage to the roll surfaces and prevents pipe clogging.

In the design and manufacturing of its sizing machines, Leizhan Company places a strong emphasis on roll surface precision, nip uniformity, and the stability of sizing agent distribution. We implement rigorous tolerance controls during the machining and assembly of sizing rolls. This approach minimizes cross-machine direction (CD) sizing variations, preventing issues such as uneven paper strength or print mottle—defects often caused by localized areas where the sizing agent is applied too thickly or too thinly.
