To address the issues of inconsistent rope lengths, deviation, and jamming during the cutting process in traditional rope cutters, we have optimized the structural design. A guide structure is installed above the frame to effectively guide the rope to be cut into the cutting area and limit its movement, preventing equipment damage or cutting malfunctions caused by rope deviation. Simultaneously, the increased cutter stroke design fundamentally prevents rope jamming, ensuring smooth production.
