Ragger in Waste Paper Recycling Line

In the waste paper recycling pulping process, the ragger, as an advanced coarse screening and purification device, is usually used in conjunction with a hydrapulper. Its core working principle is to use mechanical rotation to continuously wind long strips of impurities in the waste paper pulp into a tight “rope” and continuously pull it out of the system, effectively reducing the load on subsequent screening and slag removal processes.

Leizhan Company’s self-regulating side-mounted ragger places the drive roll and pressure roll on the side of the shell, allowing operators to easily hang the rope and greatly reducing contact with moving parts of the machine, thus improving operational safety. The equipment is equipped with a frequency converter drive mechanism that automatically adjusts the rope winnowing speed based on the load, ensuring rope quality and stable operation.

Leizhan Company boasts extensive experience in manufacturing pulp and paper equipment and possesses a deep understanding of our clients’ process requirements. Feel free to contact us anytime for equipment details and pricing!
