Ragger in Pulping Plant

The Leizhan ragger is primarily used to remove various entangled impurities from waste paper pulp. In a continuous pulping system, it works seamlessly with the hydrapulper. When the hydrapulper is running, impurities in the waste paper continuously rotate and entangle. The ragger cleverly gathers these impurities, forming a single strand that is continuously pulled out and discharged, achieving initial purification of the pulp.

The use of a ragger effectively reduces wear on the pulper rotor and extraction base, extending the service life of the equipment while keeping the pulper tank clean and significantly improving production capacity. The ragger is easy to install and offers flexible adjustment of the twisting direction.
