Pulping Machine Double Disc Refiner

The double disc refiner manufactured by Leizhan Company adopts a single-inlet, double-outlet pulp flow design. This design not only makes the wear of the two refining zones more uniform, ensuring a beating degree (knockout degree) control accuracy of up to ±1°SR, but also effectively reduces abnormal wear on the edges of the refining discs, significantly extending the service life of the refining discs and reducing consumable costs for customers.

Our double disc refiner uses 304 stainless steel for all parts in contact with the pulp, and the main shaft is made of duplex stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance. It is also equipped with an automatic disc advance and retreat device driven by a SEW or Nord brand motor and reducer, which can automatically and precisely control the disc gap according to the set power or energy consumption, ensuring fiber buffing effect while minimizing manual intervention and operating costs.
