The streamlined rotor structure and corrugated screen basket design of the inflow pressure screen significantly reduce pulp flow pulse fluctuations, effectively reducing fiber flocculation. The inflow pressure screen’s pulp outlet features a gasket-free, matching flange design with a precision-polished inner wall, enabling a seamless connection with the flow pipe. This design prevents secondary contamination of the pulp and ensures the accepted pulp purity.
