The high density cleaner supplied by Leizhan Company features an optimized volute-style inlet structure; as the pulp enters tangentially, it generates a powerful vortex with a distinct, well-defined low-pressure zone. Equipped with a PLC control cabinet, the unit automates discharge of inpurities and allows for flexible adjustment of discharge modes based on actual operating conditions, ensuring thorough impurity removal while minimizing fiber loss.

The cone of our high density cleaner features a specially designed geometry—characterized by an elongated shape and a narrow cone angle—which extends the flow path of the pulp within the separation zone. The inner core is constructed from wear-resistant ceramic material; its smooth surface and low frictional resistance not only reduce energy consumption but also ensure a long service life in environments involving abrasive pulp.
