Leizhan Company’s screen baskets utilize high-strength, wear-resistant bar materials combined with a proprietary modular design, enabling precise control over slot width. A consistent slot width ensures accurate impurity retention; lightweight contaminants—such as fine stickies and plastic fragments—are effectively removed from the system, preventing them from breaking down and contaminating the accepted pulp, which would otherwise compromise the quality of the finished paper.

Inside a pressure screen, the screen basket is subjected to high-frequency pulses generated by the rotor and the high-speed scouring action of the pulp over extended periods; consequently, strength and wear resistance are key indicators of quality. Our screen baskets feature a welded structure comprising integral high-strength rods and rigid reinforcing rings, offering high fatigue strength capable of withstanding the continuous alternating loads caused by high-speed rotor rotation.
