The enclosed trough design effectively prevents loose waste paper from falling out. The system supports both horizontal layouts and inclined conveying at angles of up to 30°, with installation configurations that can be customized to suit specific facility layouts.

The chain conveyor is equipped with a head-end drive assembly, a tail-end tensioning mechanism, and a heavy-duty chain-and-slat assembly. It utilizes a variable-frequency drive (VFD) system, allowing for adjustable conveying speeds and reduced fluctuations in equipment load. The raw material infeed section features a V-shaped design, which facilitates a more substantial accumulation of material—following the breakup of waste paper bales—thereby increasing throughput capacity.
