Paper Making Control Cabinet

Leizhan Company’s paper making control cabinet enables centralized and precise control of dispersed equipment and process parameters. Through an integrated PLC and DCS architecture, the control cabinet monitors and adjusts key variables such as pulp concentration, flow rate, temperature, and pressure in real time to ensure that the basis weight, moisture content, and strength of the finished paper meet stringent standards.

The control cabinet enables the start-up, shutdown, speed matching, and safety interlock protection of all equipment from the pulper to the reeling machine. Furthermore, our engineers have optimized the control cabinet to significantly reduce power consumption per ton of pulp through frequency conversion speed regulation and operational status monitoring of high-power equipment such as motors and pumps.
