Kraft Paper Pulping Line Running Site

After evaluating proposals from several equipment manufacturers, a Turkish customer ultimately selected Leizhan Company to supply a customized kraft paper pulping line. To address the customer’s specific requirements, we provided a configuration that primarily includes the chain conveyor, D type hydrapulper, high density cleaner, reject separator, low density cleaner, double disc refiner, inclined screen, pulp pump, and agitator.

Once the equipment arrives at the customer’s facility, our technical team provides remote installation guidance and commissioning support. We also conduct comprehensive on-site training for the customer’s operators, covering startup procedures, routine maintenance essentials, and troubleshooting methods for common issues—all to help the customer achieve a rapid commissioning and production launch, thereby shortening the project timeline.
