Kneader for Paper Maker

After the pulp is uniformly heated by steam within the machine, the axial force generated by the rotor’s rotation, combined with the relative motion between the rotor and stator, subjects it to intense agitation, shearing, and kneading. This mechanical force effectively peels adhesives from the fiber surface and disperses them into fine particles without compromising the fiber’s strength.
