The double disc refiner is equipped with an automatic advance and retreat device that precisely controls the disc gap based on pulp flow rate and target freeness, thereby minimizing fluctuations caused by manual intervention. On-site technical personnel reported that since the equipment was put into operation, pulp freeness has remained stable and controllable; additionally, the formation uniformity of the A4 paper has improved, and the smoothness of the paper surface has been significantly enhanced.
