Fiber Deflaker in Pulping Production

Fiber deflaking is a continuation of fiber pulping, and its core purpose is to completely dissociate the fibers without damaging them. Leizhan Company’s fiber deflaker effectively addresses the problem of fiber bundle dispersion in pulp and various secondary fibers. Through precise mechanical action, the equipment efficiently recycles wet-strength broken paper, ensuring uniform pulp and significantly improving end-product stability.

The fiber deflaker employs a hydrodynamically optimized disc-tooth structure. This design leverages the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotor and stator to rapidly rotate the pulp within the inter-tooth chambers. During this process, the fibers in the pulp are subjected to tearing and kneading rather than rigid cutting, thus perfectly protecting the average length and strength of the fibers while eliminating pulp clumps.
