Drum Pulper for Fireworks Paper Process Line

Leizhan Company’s technical team conducted a routine follow-up visit to the fireworks paper process line of a large paper mill in Hunan. The core pulping equipment of this production line—the drum pulper provided by our company—has been running stably for several months since its installation and commissioning, with all performance indicators meeting or even exceeding expectations.

Firework paper production requires a certain level of fiber strength, and our drum pulper employs a gentle pulping method. Through a unique inclined drum design, the equipment uses a rotating scraper to lift and drop waste paper, loosening the fibers through mechanical impact and friction. This effectively reduces cutting damage to secondary recycled fibers, preserving fiber length and strength intact, thus laying a solid foundation for subsequent production.
